The earliest days... preserved quietly and honestly.


​The first days home with a new baby are slow, but also a blur. Newborn sessions are designed to document this season that passes by so so quickly! The focus is on connection, the quiet moments and the small details. The session typically takes place in your home within the first few weeks of birth.  
There is no rush and no pressure, and family is included. Siblings, pets, parents. We move a bit slow letting the new baby or any toddler siblings run the show! Rather than an elaborate setup I use natural light and corners of your home where you as a family can have a genuine connection. 
The session usually takes 90-120 minutes and within ten days you will have a final gallery with your digital photos available for personal use. From that gallery you can also purchase heirloom prints that are printed true to color on archival paper.
